Post-partum Herbal Bath Soak

TO USE:

1.Add about 1/4 - 1/2 cup of pre- mixed ingredients to a muslin bath.

2.Run a hot bath, hotter then you can stand, but don’t worry you’re going to let is cool a bit before getting in.

3.Put muslin bag into bath water and let it steep for 5-10 minutes.
